Did not expect Anaheim to drop the first 2 games at home. They were one of the best teams on home ice in the NHL, behind only Detroit.

Hayward is trying to convince himself the series isn't over. If the Ducks had won both of these games, you know he'd be saying the series was done. I don't know if it's going to be a sweep, but come on...

wow...Niedermeyer got caught a few times...looked like he should not have come out of retirement. Dallas just keeps jersey-ing it up...roll 4, take advantage of overplaying...and then...GO INTO A TRAP!!!!! Sorry orangepuck but your gm's philosophy of taking the body has resulted in too many pp's...and Giggy is getting exposed. I hate to throw dirt on the grave because the Stars choked 3 so's by Turco last year to lose to the Canucks in 7...but the Ducks not only are not a great road team...but they really have to be re-evaluating their 'hit-first' mentality. And the Stars are just lovin where they are. The first 10 minutes were all Ducks...just to see Ribiero just coast in and get a cheapie...this ain't over yet...but...chesh:

Why aren't they starting Hiller? Jiggy has looked like crap. Hayward kept saying that Brad Richards' goal was a perfectly placed shot. Um, it went 5-hole. That's not a perfect shot; that's poor positioning by the goaltender. Is "Hazy" in love with Jiggy or what?

No, it's the standard 2 games in Dallas next, then back to Anaheim (if necessary).
