before you decide how much and how long a player like Kopitar should receive, take his little quiz (and remember, no cheating!) and try to have it ready for the second part of his blog.
edit: though i wouldn't sign anyone to that long of a deal, just if i had to pick one, it'd be H. i won't feel like i picked the donkey behind door #4 if that's selanne.

FWIW, I wouldn't give a 13 year contract to anybody. I thought the initial RDS report of AO's 6 year deal was a score for the Caps, but 13 years is just too much of a risk--for both parties.
I still say give Kopitar in the ballpark of 5yrs./30M or 6 yrs./35M.

yeah, i don't know if i'd do it either. unfortunately there wasn't a "none of the above" (or whatever) choice.
