Anschutz has only rescued this team from its darkest hours (unqualified owners and near bankruptcy) and poured millions and millions of dollars into improving the teams development structure and facilities. Hating him is moranic.
Crawford and Lombardi have made progress. It's early, give 'em a chance.
Blake. Hating him is old news. He has played decently since recovering fully from his hip problems.
That leaves Cloutier. And what could I say that hasn't been said countless time here on LGK.
How about we say screw them all... They should disband the whole franchise for once and for all, and move the ducks to Staples. I use to be a die hard kings fan, and as a result of their style as a team and the decisions management has made (wimpy, small, lack heart, leadership, courage, don't drop the gloves, don't stand of for teammates, etc), I have no choice than to watch the real hockey team in California, the Ducks. Lets be real here, what kind of a team lets opposing players knock down your goalie without a fight, or has michael cammaleri stand up for kopitar and get injured for a quarter of the season. This team is embarrassing, and I'm sure this will not change.

Well this is the Kings, so playing .500 hockey IS a slight (I mean a BIG) improvement. Playing .500 hockey is viewed as a failure for some teams...
I don't hate Cloutier or blame him for signing his extension - wouldn't you sign for 2 more years of big $$, especially coming off an injury playing behind a pretty good team? He sucks, but we all knew that going in.
I'm not drinking the DL koolaid just yet... So much of my opinion of DL rides on what he does in the upcoming draft. We're finishing 2 years of DL's leadership, I need to see SOME improvement on the scoreboard in year 3. (the Staples Center scoreboard, not in Manchester or anywhere else)
This one's easy. Public enemy #1 is and will always be the mighty ducks of anaheim. Specifically, the captain and epitomy of the cheap shot, elbow throwing, dirty playing, cheating, whining, bitching ducks team. Chris Pronger.
