They use Pace airlines for the most part. They've chartered Pace's 737-300 and their 757-200s in the past. Check flightaware.com about two hours after game time tonight, and you should be able to find their flight from Vancouver, BC (CYVR) to either KLAX or KBUR.

Oh, my husband is going to spend HOURS on that flightaware.com.
Swift is a Phoenix based charter operator. They operate a couple of leased 737-400 aircraft that they use to transport MBL, NHL, and NBA teams. The aircraft are all first-class with club seating and tables and ****. I know a couple guys that fly for them, but not on the 737s.
Flightaware.com is the ****, yo! My wife uses it to get an idea of where I am. She plugs in my airline and the flight number I'm working and bam! She can tell exactly where in the U.S. my balls should be.
