If Deano could bring Olli back to LA I would wet myself. Having Jokinen as a 2nd line center would solve our missing out on Stamkos, the weakness of the FA centers this offseason is pitiful. (This is only a fantasy of course)
don't u mean jacques martin? I'm sure if they received an offer they can't refuse, then you make the deal. Cammy, Lubo and 2 2nd rd picks for Jokinen and their 1st rd pick in 2008. One can only dream right?

Haha true that, I have heard no news of anything just that he was on shaky grounds, like I said this is only a fantasy of mine.

Jokinen was in Newport this morning having brunch. I went up and talked to him. He said he'd love to come to LA just so that he can smack Getlalf and Perry around 8 games a year.........I did not offer to pay his bill.
I don't think the Kings need to worry about a center in the offseason. They have other holes to fill. Between Boyle and Armstrong they are fine at center. Like him or not, Army works with Frolov and Cam. Boyle may be ready to steal a lot of those minutes and while many have already plugged him in as a career grinder, his points and hands this season indicate that he may have second line skill and production. He may eliminate the need for an outside center. If not, with Boyle, Zus, Army, Cam, and Sully, there are options at second line center that don't involve spending 6+ million on another forward for a team that scores fine, just can't keep it out of their own net.
