All the Hub! Hub! about Matt Sundin and Rob Blake wanting to stay. Imagine if Blake & Sundin walk to another team because they don't get the $$$$$$ they are looking for. For the Kings that would be the end of the road with Blake, and for the Fans and management a nightmare as we could have really improved the team. No more NO TRADE clauses in contracts.

It depends on the player. While I would never give Blake another NTC, you have to offer a NTC to elite players or it's a deal breaker. It's the Thornton NTC that makes me scratch my head.

We're going to lowball Blake and get rid of him once and for all so, yeah, he won't be coming back. In a perfect world, that would happen......this, however, is not a perfect world.

But, it will be interesting to see if Blake walks the walk after talking the talk, for sure.

I would be very happy to be rid of Blake, and it would further show how Blake has always looked out for Blake, and that he ultimately doesn't give a **** about the Kings.
