I guess he decided to play closer to home that year. Then he joined Montreal for 6 games that 05-06 season. Now he's at Nashville.

I'm coming in really late here so it has probably already been noted, but Syd already has 2 cups (Dallas and Tampa) and The 'Stache did get on it last year as a write-in.
I still think the Ducks will win again. I know, its blasphemous and their D has been non-existent but they are still really good and very capable of turning this series around and rolling.
I hate Dallas and could care less if Norstrom won the Cup. I like the guy for his play, but he never helped the Kings get the Cup.
Sean Avery's name should never have his name on the Cup.

I really don't understand how any Kings fan can say they'd like to see Roenick's name on the Cup after the ***** season he had here, then after the season, he said he came to camp out of shape just because he could and basically that he just didn't care. Of course, after a terrible season it's pretty easy to say you didn't try isn't it?

Now he makes almost nothing and he is playing pretty dam good
