Are you implying the basis for my comparison of Simmons and Iginla was their skin color? I've NEVER been so offended. I called Simmons the Iginla of the CHL because like Iginla, Simmons scores, hits and fights.
I do not see race. I literally am color blind. The only color I see is red. And I have found all people have the same color blood, RED!!! So other than native americans, I cannot distinguish people by their skin color. I'm above that.

Simmonds seems like a very good pick. The guy was not expected to be drafted at all, and he was taken in the second round. Simmonds seems to have a legit NHL future. Good job, Dean.
