I know those guys who train him well - If he has ONE piece of cake, let alone two, they'll have him doing wind sprints on the sand for an hour.

Ok... I asked because in the Hickey thread someone posted a list of Manchester-eligible prospects, and Simmonds wasn't on it.

If its true and simmonds is 160 ibs now, 180 ibs would probably be at the the most optimistic end of possible "healthy" weight in the future. If you want the guy to weigh 210, like I think a few people do here, then he's just plain going to be chubby or fat....

160 pounds was the listed weight from a while ago. I'm almost certain that there was an interview with him where he mentioned that he was able to bring his weight up to the 175-178 range.
