I could see Cammaleri for Steen/Antropov + Kubina/McCabe

I've always Said Cammalleri will be a Leaf sometime in his Career, I always thought it would through Free agency, I think Steen would be going the other way

I'm assuming Big Nik would be a part of any package.

To TOR: Cammalleri/4th rounder
To LA: Antropov/White/2nd rounder

I personally think a Cammalleri deal would involve one of either Antropov, Stajan, Steen, or Wellwood, and one of our high-priced defenceman. We can only hope.

maybe antropov and someone else for cammy...i can see it happen..gill is a great 4th defemnseman and good on the pk...antropov can definately fill that gap that cammaleri would leave.

Lombardi isn't stupid and won't take a 5-6M dollar salary back. It'll have to look like this, which is why it won't happen:

Steen/Antropov
Earl/Tlusty (Lombardi loves college guys, so I can see interest in Earl)
3rd rounder

Yikes, that would give them 10 picks in the first 3 rounds of the draft.

Steen + Kubina for Cammalleri

Antropov + White for Cammalleri

I could see Steen, Earl and Raycroft....for Cammalleri
Or Kubina and Earl and a 4th rd for Cammalleri

Cammalleri makes 3.1 this year, 3.6 next year. But that's not the point, they have plenty of cap space. The point is that they already have an overpaid defence next year. Blake will be back, Visnovsky goes up to 5.75 and they will be introducing one of Doughty, Pietrangelo or Schenn so their D is fine.

Besides, a rebuilding team isn't about to take on a 32 year old's expensive contract. Gill I can see, because they need some size and grit on their blueline.
