Teddy Purcell has scored everywhere he has gone I guess. Against Calgary he was slow footed and it looked like he should be sent back to Manchester. But lo and behold he got the call the next night in Vancouver,Why because we don't have JAck squat after DBrown,unless the team moves AFrolov over to the starboard side permanently. Purcell doesn't look like more than a thrid liner at this point.He'll need at least another year perhaps two in Manchester to gain some man strength and muscle and a skating stride for the NHL since he doesn't have LRobitaille,BNicholls hands.

from your post, obviously you don't know **** about hockey and how an UNDRAFTED FREE AGENT UNDER THE AGE OF 25 IS SUPPOSED TO PERFORM IN HIS FIRST 2-3 GAMES IN THE NHL! and how retarded can you be by saying "purcell doesn't look like any more than a third liner at this point" he is not kopitar, so why the hell would he be getting top 6 minutes? it's his first time playing against men, he SHOULDN'T be getting tough minutes without getting some experience .

And you know ALL that by watching him in ALL of his 3 games at the NHL level where he got a whopping 11:55 of ice time ?
To your favour i assume that you actually saw him play in ALL of his 3 NHL games so far and not just read the stats paper after the game.
Purcell looks good and fills a need. He shouldn't be traded/
Outside of the point that I don't think that DL is suddenly looking to trade young talent to bring in an established player, in contrast to everythign else he's done....
I think we finally have the proper respone to the immortal "___ is a liability and should be traded"
