"My earliest play by play stops were in minor league hockey from Long Beach to New England to Wisconsin and then eventually back to the Beach with the IHL Long Beach Ice Dogs from 1995-2000.
Kings' hockey hall of fame broadcaster Bob Miller opened the door to his old job for me at the University of Wisconsin where the late great coach "Badger" Bob Johnson was in charge and it was an honor to call his games during the Olympic "Miracle on Ice" season in 1980. "
