I was really hoping it wouldn't be the goal that we have all seen hundred ****ing times so far. Actually now I'm worried, this is the 100th time when somebody posted this goal... is this everything he has ever done? Is this why he is number one? If this is it, it isn't enough for first 5 rounds of NHL draft, let alone #1 pick. I bet Armstrong could do it, if he really tried. I'm being a bit provocative, yeah, but intelligent people will see through this provocative language and see what my point really is...

I have been asking myself the same thing ever since this guy surfaced.
I cant find any Youtube footage of Stamkos, other than this.

Absolutely. We all know that these exhibitional trick shots are not what impresses the scouts. In your video, you can see him practicing it. I'll tell you what. I can easily imagine Sully pulling this move after couple of tries, he is the first one that came to my mind. Against this goalie, there are probably many Kings that could do it. Against Luongo, he is not making that shot, sorry Steven.
This guy aint so bad either. (not sure why these is not talk about him on these boards)
I've seen a ranking (I can't remember where) with Filatov at #2. Bit unrealistic, I know, but still there are people that like this guy. We all know that DL would never draft him with our top ten pick, because
- he is a forward not named Stamkos
- he is 159
- he is a winger
- he is not a defenseman
- he is Russian
- we don't need him at all
job
