Sec 304 Wins Big today.....Or not!!

For those of you in Sec 304......did any of you get your free burger today?? Cause last time I checked...alot of us got ripped off, I went to guest link and they said that alot of people complained but they had nothing to do with it. I don't know but last time I checked thats a good way to piss off people and not a good customer service move. Way to go Kings!!

why would they need to hand out a coupon should a ticket saying 304 be enough?

I was cheering for section 304 today (I was in 312). But they don't pass out the Angus Coupons individually? They just gave it to whoever is on the aisle and expect them to pass it down? If that's the case, that sucks.

301 won the burgers a couple of months ago and they handed the coupons to the end person and asked them to take one and pass them down. So it sounds like some people in your row ripped you off and took more than one and didnt pass...

We got lucky in 301 when they did it though. They passed them from BOTH sides and for those of us in the middle, we were handed stacks from both sides. Needless to say, the middle people in 301 ended up with about 5 coupons each, especially the rows with people that no-showed for the game.

Did not get the coupon. Annoyed simply because of the lack of caring from the Kings employees in making sure everyone in the section got their prize, but I don't care at all about missing out on an "angus" burger. In truth, the employees really have no option but to hand a row a stack of coupons and ask the people to pass them down. They'd be yelled at, especially in 304 for blocking the view of the game, if they tried to hand out each coupon individually. However, the employee should stick around and make sure the prize makes it's way to everyone in the row. It's a shame no one cares about customer service anymore. I also hope the people that hoarded the coupons choke on the 10 angus burgers they'll be piling into their mouths.
