Hmm, the problem is that everyone thinks one player will fit the team perfectly, but you know who fits the team perfectly. Ironic.
Does every post on this forum have to be specific? Obviously I don't mean everybody as in 100%. But the hype that happens on these boards is ridiculous. The media hypes a player and a good majority of people on here cream over that player. Every team has a different weakness and in my OPINION we would be better off with one of the players that the OP mentioned. They suit the King's weaknesses.

KP isn't against having an opinion, but he is against having logical meltdowns when promoting your opinion.

Fair enough, but if you don't see the irony in saying there's a problem with people thinking who the perfect fit is, then saying who you think is the perfect fit, then that's your problem.
If you think the problem is buying into the hype, fine, but don't criticize people for forming an opinion on who would best suit the Kings, then spout off your own thoughts of who the best pick would be. Especially since, this is just a wild guess, I doubt you've seen the prospects play anymore than the majority.

What some people don't take into account is that there are certain styles of play the Kings lack and just because a player may be higher ranked in the draft doesn't mean they will be better for this team. Every team has weaknesses in different areas and personally a player like Schenn could add some dimension with his gritty style of play. It is no secret the Kings lack in defense and physical play. He would bring both and I think he's someone that Kings fans should look into.
