The two league sources? Eklund and CBGB

With all the talk of Blake and Stuart, Modry is having a solid season at a reasonable price.

Last night after the Oilers/Nucks game they had an extended interview with Nucks GM Dave Nonis. He talked about trades and the deadline and said things like "We've had deals before, but I learned to take a long walk before pulling the trigger - It may help your team now, but down the road, it will hurt your team - No GM wants to make a deal for a UFA and give up your future. Nobody. Especially in this day and age"
It seems more likely that Lombardi will finish off Cammalleri with the STHs at the upcoming Breakfast with the GM and then deal him on draft day as opposed to just trading him now. Perception is everything...

Most STHs have known that Cammalleri has been finished here for awhile.

i couldn't agree more... IF they decide to move Cammalleri, it should come NO earlier than draft day.
If Cammy is on the block, there are MANY teams that are desperate for 2nd line scoring - NJ has let it be known that they are looking, Nashville has the D-men DL covets
I think we actually get MORE than Pitkanen for Squid. 25-30 goal scorers entering their prime don't grow on trees.
