So about a month ago I posted a tribute to Charlie Huddy which can be seen here...


In that thread, Dannybuoy1 jokingly suggested in a post that I show a Rob Cowie goal to tribute him, so I did...


So I get an email the other day into my youtube account that reads...

"Where did you find this clip? I can't even remember scoring it!
Regards
Rob Cowie"

I couldn't stop laughing, and wrote him back and told him that I had a lot of goals from the early to mid 90s on tape. He wrote back..

"Would you have my first NHL goal, which by chance was also against the Canucks, and could you post it so I could see it? I think it was sometime in Feb '95--I don't have it on tape...thanks"

I found the goal and posted it on youtube and Rob sent me a thank you note...so for those of you who are interested to what Rob ''the scoring machine'' Cowie's first NHL goal looks like..here you go...assisted by Gretzky and Kurri, not bad..
