Revisiting that Deadline Deal
Saw this over on the hfboard site and thought it might be of interest to some of you.

Tambellini is impressing Ted Nolan and it looks like Grebeskov is going to be an NHL defenseman. I wish we still had them, or had traded them for assets other than Sopel and the rental, Mark Parrish.

After that trade, it was clear that DT had no direction for this team and was ready to be fired.

The Great Tambellini had a great streak recently to put him in 5th in scoring in the AHL.
Seeing as how he's only a year and a half older than Purcell I understand that he's far from a bust and that he clearly doesn't "suck".
Until he proves himself an NHL commodity I'm not going to spend another moment worrying about the quality of that one trade.
