I put my two cents and pointed to the coach as the person to blame.
He then asked me to remind him who the coach was (he's an east coast guy and a Montreal Canadiens homer)
I told him Marc Crawford!
He agreed with me that Crawford could be the problem because he is friends with none other then Steve Staios! He remembers Steve mentioning that everyone in Vancouver hated playing for Marc and that he was a coach no one listened to and no one liked his style. Surprisingly Steve Staios also said that Mike Keenean was well liked and got the message across to the players in his style of coaching, although from what I recall Mike has been fired many times as a head coach!
Anyways I thought I'd share that player inside scoop and feed the anti-crawford crowd

If well liked is what it takes then just hire Bailey. It's human nature to seek to be comfortable and dislike those who challenge you or fit you into a system not of your choosing. We've always known Crow isn't a players coach. Not saying he is a good or bad but to say players don't like him doesn't mean a lot to me.
Well my bud is Letowski and he said he really liked him as a coach as did the rest of the team; and this is coming from a player that was benched during the playoffs for a call-up and none too happy at the time. So mine cancels yours out and we're back to no where.
My buddy is friends with one of the friends of Marc Crawfords friend's boss Jim. Jim said his neighbor knows Marc Crawfords brother in laws cousins. I guess his cousin said that he saw Jim's brother talking with a guy that knows Marc Crawfords friend Steve McStoozian, and apparently someone told him that Marc Crawford is a really nice guy, so go figure.
