they panned the crowd and there were plenty of people close to the ice wearing hats not throwing them, almost any other city there would have been 3 wheelbarrels full, they didnt even need wheelbarrels for the amount from Fros

Add to that, it wasn't immediately apparent whether it was his or Cammy's goal, and it went under review, which kinda killed any spontaneity.

You didn't know who got the goal when it was scored plus it went to review. After the goal was announced Frolov more hats came onto the ice after play started again.

Anyone know why they reviewed the goal?

I just got back from the game.... when it was scored, the camera focused on Cammi. I sit behind that net, and I thought Fro got it, but it was close. They hesitated on announcing it since it had gone of cammis skate. Maybe you should come and bring a hat next time!
