Matti has been on the downtrend for 3 years. I wish him and his family well in Sweden.

You're high if you think DL wants his already slow and old defense to become even more slow and old. I loved Matty and have the utmost respect for him. The guy is everything a team captain should be. However, on talent alone, he's no good to the Kings at this point in his career. DL mentioned "maybe bringing him back" but he was as serious in saying that as when he said "maybe one day Avery can come back..."

I'd prefer our Defense to be something like: Healthy Blake, Visnovsky on the right side, JMFJ with the chains off, Suter, Stuart and Preissing.
