They should open the CBA and up the requirements for being able to obtain a NMC or NCC (a la the NBA). Kobe Bryant is the only one that has one in the whole league!!

These players just need to deal with being moved as part of their employment....
I believe the idea around the ntc and nmc is its a non cash cap work around of the salary cap. meaning players will accept a lower salary in return for a ntc clause.
