The lottery will take place in-studio with NHL deputy-commissioner Bill Daly revealing the results live on-air. They will also be joined by projected No. 1 overall pick Steven Stamkos of the Sarnia Sting live via-satellite.
They're gonna have Stamkos there (via satellite) so Kings fans can see who they're not getting.
If you have XM, I'd say theres a good chance itll be simulcast as the unwritten partnership between TSN and XM204 seems pretty strong. If they were broadcasting this on CBC, that'd be a different story.

It'd be pretty comical if we got the #1, the NHL parades out Steven Stamkos and asks him how he'd like to play in Los Angeles, and then we promptly trade out or take a defenseman on draft day.
TheHockeyNews.com has received exclusive confirmation from Canadian sports TV station TSN that the broadcaster will be bringing live coverage of the 2008 NHL Draft Lottery to its airwaves on Monday, April 7, the day following the conclusion of the regular season.
. . . the draft lottery at 8 p.m. EST . . .
The lottery will also be simulcast live on . . . Versus in the U.S.
My cable guide currently has a show called TapouT scheduled to show at that time on Versus.
