Well, I finally talked to Jeff. I guess I will see how the season goes..
Atleast I can still talk to Kyle when need be

Be patient. It's only May. I can't imagine what it would be like to be new (he is, right?), and have to contact all of your STH and all of them want a piece of you at the same time. I imagine things will slow down in the next couple of months for them.
