I'll translate a few things Kopi said in the interview:
When asked if he would like to continue his career with the Kings:
"My contract expires in 2009, any negotiations to extend my contract will take place after June 1st, but that's still pretty far away for me. We'll talk about it, when the time comes."
Which team would you like to play for, besides the L.A. Kings?
"I don't know, when I was a kid I used to like Detroit, the last couple of years I've been fascinated by Canadian teams, because of the atmosphere there, so there are some Canadian teams that I like."
What do you think about this season?
"From my personal point of view the season was pretty good, I've reached my expectations and I'm happy about that. From the Kings' point of view the season wasn't that good, because we finished 29th in the league. We have no experience as a team, which I think is the reason why we lost so many games by just one goal. We got the second pick on the draft now, so I think we can become a really great team in a few years."
Keep in mind that this interview comes from slovenian tv, which isn't exactly a reliable source of information, as a lot of times people get misquoted, especially when it comes to the NBA or NHL.
