Sweet video man. Pierre McGuire brought up Ray Borque's name about a million times during the WJCs when he was talking about Doughty.

Could be a pie in the sky comparison, but that's how high this guy's upside is.

By the way someone needs to find that video of Doughty's spin move as he's rushing the puck up the ice to avoid an oncoming checker.

I don't buy it either, but I can definitely see why players would rather be drafted by the Kings than TB.

a scout told me he is still so far ahead of the rest of the d-prospects, it isnt funny. he's a stud already and everyone else is a notch below him. this is a guy that has seen a hell of a lot of the top 20 d prospects this year.
I understand his offensive upside, but some reports I've read mention having to work on his defensive game. That's something I'm not hearing about any of the other top d-men so there is that twinge of doubt that I have. Pietrangelo has been knocked for not utilizing his body more but not his game in the defensive zone.

LOL, what's with the cynicism, he liked Gretzky, Wayne was on the Kings during Doughty's formative years. So he was a Kings fan. Makes sense to me, what's the point of lying.
