I'm pretty excited about defensemen that "can't contribute offensively," because it means that they won't try to do much more than hold the puck in at the point, dump it back into the cycle, and know how to take the passing lane on the ensuing 2-on-1 against. We really only need one D-man per pairing that can be "activated" offensively. Please. For the love of Pete.
