No huge news here, but I listened to a bit of Ottawa sports radio today and they are talking about how Rob Blake is the perfect player that they need for their team. Gary Galley talked about it a lot and said he will try to get Blake on the station in the next couple of days to see if he would even be open to going somewhere east.

If there were an Ottawa-Anaheim rematch in the finals and Blake were in a Senators sweater unleashing the pain on the quacks before returning to LA with another ring and some picks or prospects as souvenirs, that'd be ok.
The first Kings home game post-trade deadline is vs. Ottawa and for the first time ever, I won't boo him for wearing another team's sweater. Instead, I will support and thank him for "doing the right thing" and what's best for the team. Especially if it means Brian Lee

With Ottawa's position in the standings, their first round pick straight up for Blake would not be out the question.
Could the Kings do better than that for Blake?
