Yeah,
When the Blues don't make the playoffs by TWO POINTS because they lost to the LAST PLACE Kings, I can laugh at the whining, crying, CBGB like blubberings of Manuel Legace
Whatever. A goal is a goal. It's either on one side of the line or the other. We got it over the line 5 times last night and that's all that counts. It sucks losing to the last place team, but it happens.
I really don't think he meant to bash the Kings, he doesen't seem like that kind of guy, but then again I don't know him.
He was funny as **** in the all star game and the announcers praised him for how approachable and nice he is. And i don't know if anyone saw it, but when he got pulled and was skating by the King bench Kopitar came up to him and gave him a pat on the back, almost as if to say, "It's just not your night", and Manny gave Kopi a tap on the shins. Obviously he is not a "bad" guy, just not his night.
That being said, he should know that a goal is a goal, lucky or not. But I must say this is the first game in quite some time where every single goal in the game was "ugly", not that it matters at all, but it was just interesting to see 6 rebound or tap-in goals. And as far as O'sully's college move, it was not a college move, college players put that in, it is more like a Midget A move.
