what about in a couple years when we have 1, 2nd overall Dman and one 3rd, overall dman, and one 4th overall picked dman on our blueline.with kopi,brown,sully,boyle,purcell,simmons, hopefully fro, and who knows, we might even get another couple top dmen before then.
Yeah - IF he pans out - You all saw what Sydor did for the Kings as a top 10 pick...ahhhhhhh fall down alot - then got better when he left....

lol. so whom do you think we should get? bc the kings draft best player available / need, and i dont think any forwards besides stamkos are better then those 4 top dmen.
Realize that any defensemen picked in this draft will probably not be NHL ready for a year or two, or three.
Point being...we get Stamkos and he makes it through camp and what...we still don't have a defense? And we're better off how? Just sayin'...There are zero absolutes and at worst we get a top four D-man out of this. Boo-frickin'-hoo!
