KINGS TIE NHL RECORD BY USING SEVEN GOALTENDERS IN ONE SEASON
"The Kings tied the NHL record for goaltenders used in one season (seven) when Daniel Taylor made his NHL debut by replacing fellow rookie Erik Ersberg to begin the third period of L.A.'s game against the Dallas Stars on Saturday afternoon. (The other goaltenders to play for Los Angeles this season are Jason LaBarbera, Jean-Sebastien Aubin, Dan Cloutier, Jonathan Bernier and Jonathan Quick.) The Kings tied the record set by the Quebec Nordiques in 1989-90 and matched by the St. Louis Blues in 2002-03.
The Kings have used 11 different goaltenders over the last two seasons, which stands alone as an NHL record.

Also, I could have sworn that the St. Louis Blues 02-03 squad used 8 goaltenders. Too lazy to check.
Do the Kings own the record for man games lost to injury? Anyone got the exact number? I think it's 600+ games lost.
It was the 03-04 season when they lost 11 in a row to end the season. I still can't believe that they hung around for that long, basically playing the Monarchs against everyone else's' NHL squads.
