KINGS PLAYERS TO MAKE APPEARANCES Frolov, Armstrong, LaBarbera to appear at local STAPLES locations
Three Kings players will make appearances at STAPLES stores throughout West LA upon the conclusion of the 2007-08 season the Kings announced on March 26.
Alexander Frolov will appear at the Santa Monica store located at 1610 Wilshire Blvd. on April 12 from Noon - 1 p.m.; Derek Armstrong will appear at the Los Angeles store located at 5407 Wilshire Blvd. from Noon - 1 p.m. on April 19; and Jason LaBarbera will appear at the West Los Angeles store located at 2052 Bundy Drive on April 26, also from Noon - 1 p.m. (see table below).

No, I just despise him as a hockey player and every time I see him on the ice I want to cry.
Personally, I separate talent and effort/ego/character when deciding which players to like or not. Armstrong isn't overly talented but is known for being a team 1st guy who won't bitch when given 4th line time. Sit behind the Kings bench one time and tell me who is a more vocal leader than Army. Blake may be the C but he doesn't talk to the team much on the bench other than to his pairing linemate. I may not love the Army skill, but I love the Army character.
