New York Rangers - Prospects Central: Annual Prospects Camp Under Way
What's with all the players from the German Elite League?
It's part of the cooperation agreement between the Berlin Polar Bears (i think also owned by AEG) and the Kings. The management of the Polar Bears want to give them the opportunity to see how they fit against NA-trained hockey players about their age.
They are even fantasizing about having probably a shot at the Kings training camp.
They will also send some coaching staff (Manager Peter John Lee, headcoach Don Jackson and assistant coach Jeff Tomlinso).
Anyone else wondering why Constantin Braun will not be present ?
Four players from the Polar Bears, all not property of the Kings and the only Kings prospect which plays for the Polar Bears will NOT attend ?
Not that Braun will ever play for the Kings but interesting none the less.

i would like to thank the Kings for not scheduling anything between 11:30 and 3:45. Working from home, I could have snuck out for an "extended" lunch, but there is no way I am going to fight the traffic from HB at 8 AM nor am I going to fight it again at 4:45.

i'll be coming from HB and just watching the 8am...
i'm skipping the morning ritual on mon 14th so's i only need to go up there for the scrimmage at 3p... perfect timing there cause i can split from here around 2ish and make it there in good time. much better than last year where i had to leave at 5ish to make a 7p match, which i was late to anyway because of an accident of sig alert proportions.
