quix....no hard feelings. I can take my lumps as long as the shots MAKE SENSE. I was a bit busier earlier noting hypocricy by LGKers in some of the other threads. I like to have that stuff on hand for later use.

Lars H....I don't think I've worn a sweater since 1989. Then in Xmas 2005 my ex-gf bought me a sweater. After putting it on for her she immediately knew it had to go back. She later described that I had that "classic look" that people have when they really don't like a gift but are trying to hide it. The point? Even though I rarely wear sweaters....I still have good taste.
HeShootsNScores....I've been accused of being a closet King fan before. In fact LGKs bodycheck and I used to post on another board about 10 years ago and he often accused me of it back then. One of my best friends is a Kings fan so I guess that is why I can get along. The only time I ever cheered for the Kings was in the 93 finals but I wasn't a fan then. I did have a Kings hat but I bought it mainly case it was a cool white hat with black trim and not really because of the team. It had that Raider look that we Mexicans loved so much. Also, I did cheer when Deadmarsh scored against the Red Wings in the 01 playoffs.
IronDuke.....as for what I'm doing here. Honestly, I like it because it's more challenging. If I were to go to a Duck board it would be nothing but sunshine and happy times. I'd be in agreement with far too many people. Over here I'm always the outsider with the tougher point to get across. It's challenging and I feel it keeps me a bit sharper. My King fan buddy also posted on the hockey boards that bodycheck and I posted on and it was one shot after another. Kings/Ducks game days were extra sweet. One grenade lobbed after another. It was a lot more fun so I guess that is why I'm here. I'm also on allducks.com but I only have about 200 posts over there. It's just not my style.

That thread was actually pretty funny. Especially when someone, I think it was KingPawn, came in with the Land of the Lost / Enik / Sleestak segway. That post was the best of the whole thread. lol
