About This Page: This is a discussion on LA Kings Talk within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. My thoughts on Kerry Fraser
1.Kerry Fraser has one huge helmet to hold that "hair" in place or he's got a big head.
2. Nice hit

2. Nice hit tonight that brought him down in front of the kings bench.
3. DON'T EVER mic him again, he seemed like he took way to much pleasure by sending kopitar to the box and announcing that he was "holding the stick!" , he just started laughing!

Enjoy the weekend everybody
When he went down everyone was saying "Karma!"
I already have nightmares about the sick grin he had when he measured Mcsorley's stick in the Finals, no more please!

First, I always like to see Fraser humiliated.
Second, You could see him tell Kopitar that he had held the Flames stick twice. The first one was a slick little trap with the arm (probably unintentional and debatable, I think) and the second one was a pretty darn obvious grab.
Bottom Line: Bad penalty by Kopitar. BUT No harm done, Kings still won.
People don't like Frasier because he will call a penalty in ANY situation. It could be the SC Finals double OT and he would put a team already on the PK 2 men down.
Personally, I like a ref who doesn't call games based on the score or the situation of the game.

That's a very generalized statement for you to make regarding people.
I personally prefer refs who do that, even when it is against the Kings. The reason is that the players know what to expect and what they will be called for.
That said, none of your statement applies to WHY this person dislikes Kerry Fraser.

That game will forever be burned in my memory too. Don't forget when Storr was run in the net vs Blues and only O'Donnel got a penalty out of that one. Thanks again to Fraser. His favoritisim to certain teams and players is well known all over the NHL.
His ego has ruled the outcome of many, many games and if people can't remember that, then it's too bad.
