I watched (or at least I thought I watched) the ENTIRE skills competition and the players were not wearing their EAST/WEST jerseys - they were wearing their OWN team jerseys (i.e. Anze was wearing a Kings jersey, not the All-Star West jersey).

im gonna guess and say it was taken in a practice before the skills competition

They had practices this morning which were shown live on the NHL Network, like 6:30-9 AM Pacific time, replayed later in the day. The all-stars practiced in their game jerseys, the rookies were out their in the jerseys they wore during the rookie game, which is why Anze was in his all star jersey and Jack in his Kings jersey.
