Fire Crawford.

Bring back Barry Melrose. He has swagger. He is the Pat Riley of the NHL. He would get more TV time as coach of Los Angeles then he does on ESPN. Matter of fact, I haven't seen Hockey night on ESPN in a few years (other than the 2 min blurbs we get -- woohoo!)

Next step would be to bring Emery to Los Angeles. He is done in Ottawa. Emery is O.G. -- let's bring the Raiders mentality to Staples. Ever seen Emery show up to a game in his Italian suits and gold chains?

Melrose + Emery = Kings championship

The Raiders mentality is already at Staples.

A) The team signs tired, over the hill, way past their prime stars in hopes of winning.

B) A portion of the people in the stands have neck tatoos and thing they're big, tough gangsters.

They need to try something else.

You know the funny this is...before I clicked on your thread I was thinking...I have the answer and it is dump crow and pick up Melrose!!! Then I clicked on your link and BINGO you wrote what I was thinking.

Except for Emery......Emery=No good! Emery is lockeroom cancer...Emery is THAT GUY...you know the douchebag who thinks he's cool and everyone ignores him, but people act nice around him at a party cause you just don't want to break it to him that he's an ass, and this feeds him to believing he's actually cool and he's god gift to everyone and hey...the world revolves around him.
