While I was indoctrinating my son into the realm of Kings hockey, we used to wear our jerseys while watching the games at home on tv. Now that he is 14 and a die-hard fan, we don't practice that ritual any longer.

However, the jerseys are always on at Staples. The boy sports a white Kopitar game jersey while I prefer the black Reebok practice shirt.

I mostly do it for Kings games, though I love the JMFJ shirt so it goes half/half.

I do sport the Kings jersey at school/work though, once in a blue moon. More rare when the team sucks so badly like it is now. Oh, and I also hate when non-hockey people ask me if the crown means Sacramento Kings... even though it says Los Angeles on the bottom!

Seeing as I live in Ottawa, my jersey would only get worn once every 3 years if I only wore it to games. I wear it while watching the game on tv, or if I'm out on the outdoor rink in the wintertime. And of course when Illegal_Stick and I took that road trip to Manchester last year, we were rocking our jerseys for both games.
