He will start against the Jackets and play well, much to the dismay of LGK. The only way I see him stepping in sooner is if LaBarbera gets absolutely shelled by the Wings or is injured.

A LOT of things have to go right for Beachball to play WELL. The mistaken belief that the Kings will play well in front of him is not enough to get you there when his GAA is 4.85.

Of course anything under 4 and you could win your argument, as that would be playing WELL. He really doesn't have that far to go!

If Crawford starts him tonight against the Wings, the best team in the league, when LaBarbera has been solid and Cloutier hasn't played in a while... then you will all know for sure that the organization is tanking this season on purpose... which is not acceptable.
