ok, it's pretty sad that Cox Cable in San Diego doesn't have FSN Prime Ticket in their channel lineup. I've asked them a few times to add it to their lineup and they say there isn't enough demand for it. I'm asking you guys to help show them they need to add it. I can't watch any of the games when they are not on FSN West and it pisses me off. I emailed them today asking again to add it to their lineup and to not forget about all the hockey fans in San Diego County. Here is what i sent to them...
Can you please add FSN Prime to your lineup? Everyone in my household are huge fans of hockey. Right now you only offer FSN West which play a majority of the Kings games, but not all. FSN Prime not only plays the few Kings games not on FSN West during the season, they play all the Ducks games. With the Ducks being the defending Stanley Cup champions you would think you would want to better serve the SoCal hockey fans. Please add FSN Prime to your lineup. It would be greatly appreciated by Kings and Ducks hockey fans in San Diego County.

This isn't about the Ducks, it's about the KINGS. We haven't been able to watch games for like 218756987126 weeks now because the games are on Prime Bowling, I mean Ticket.
Good luck. I've been trying since the days of FSW2. They just don't see a need for it. Save yourself the trouble and go to satellite. Center Ice generally isn't a solution as when the Kings play the Ducks the games will be blacked out on Center Ice (other Kings games won't be though). I battled with Cox for a year or so when I lived in Cardiff back in the late 90's. When I lived in another part of Encinitas we had Adelphia which had FSW2, then when I moved back to Cox territory I just went with DISH. It ain't gonna happen, period end of story.

yes, the ducks were only thrown into the email to prove a point that they need to add it to their channel lineup. When the Kings win the cup, i won't have to mention the ducks again when trying to watch Kings games.
An interesting side story to this whole "cox doesn't have prime ticket" issue. Back when I did have cox and center ice I called cox to complain that I couldn't get the ducks games because they didn't carry FSW2. They told me that I could order center ice so I could watch Ducks games. When I explained that the Ducks games were blacked out on center ice because San Diego is considered local market for the Ducks, the CSR told me that I was wrong and that I would be able to get the games. So I asked her if I ordered center ice and I was unable to get the Ducks games would they refund my money. She told me yes, at which point I then asked for a refund since I had center ice and was not receiving the Ducks games. She accused me of trying to cheat Cox since I already knew I wouldn't get the games and I was being dishonest. At that point I hung up. Thank goodness I moved a couple of months later to an Adelphia area.
