yea... a baseless, speculative indictment. Last season all we heard was how he's a great teammate and a leader and the organization loves him. We heard that FROM the organization incidentally.
THIS season we hear that he's petty, selfish and a bad teammate.
We hear that from a handful of fans who are inferring and speculating.
So.... until Hammond so much as makes REFERENCE to a source I'm taking this as more of the same old baseless conjecture.
Which is not to say it's untrue... just that you're an idiot if you believe it.

Seriously though, I agree. I'd be willing to bet cash that the "loud whispers" Hammond is talking about come directly from the retards on this site and the ones that post comments on his blog, and not from anyone connected with the organization itself.
I think Cammalleri should be traded for a defenseman, but let's not get crazy here.
I asked Rich to clarify that over on his blog. He hasn't yet. I give him tons of benefit of the doubt, though. I think if it's just fan chatter he'll own up.
