About This Page: This is a discussion on LA Kings Talk within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. Hey, where did the "Boyle would like to invite" thread go?? LOL!
You know, both Kings goalies are terrible. They need to make a big save at some point, and tonight the times that that needed to be done (right after the Kings get close) they completely failed. Failed miserably. They both suck!
Yeah. Barbs with that .917 save % is just awful. Brodeur or Hasek have never let an untimely soft goal in ever. Never.
For goalies, you can't argue with stats. You don't get a good save % by sucking.
Well, there is timing of when the goals are given up and such, you know, momentum killers like tonight. I hear what you're saying, but I still think they both suck and are as much a part of the problem as the D most nights.
It wasn't JLB's best game, but our number one line of Kopitar -3, O'sullivan -3, and Brown -2, did not play very well tonight. Harrold looked really good out there IMO. Congrats to the big'en. I hope he stays up for a while.
I doubt he's lost his confidence. I would say it's more that he's pissed off at himself and he took it out on his stick. Good that he recognizes. He seems smart enough to learn from his mistakes.
Agreed. And I know that he had a rough night in a couple areas-- guess it was just rough to see live.
