also, huge save by ersberg on the breakaway by sharp. let's not forget that one...
he made two really big saves in that period. a little luck on that breakaway never hurts... Patrick doesn't push that puck too far ahead of himself, it's in the net.
Johnson made the defensive play of the game and was really strong in that final 10.
had the defense decided to show up at all in the second period, the Kings would have won this game.
The Kings will select a good player in the draft, I don't care if it is not Stamkos. I rather go after a defenseman like Doughty. And I for one rather see this team win the rest of the year because tanking the season just for a draft pick is sad. If your a fan of team you want to seem them succeed and gain more confidence for next season, especially the young players. The future looks bright!

How is winning every game for the rest of year succeeding? Winning a cup is ALL that matters and getting a stud in the draft gets us closer to that goal.
