His comments
Dean on Ersberg: "He could be a mainstay... it's going to come down to what he does this summer." Didn't quite understand his summer comment because I was typing while listening.
Bob also asked him if there was a player in the '08 draft that he thought could come in right away and play. DL said you have to be careful when making predictions like that and that the Kings "will get a very good player".

Basically said that he's like a new pitcher, now that everyone has seen his curveball they are going to know how to go after it. It will come down to his preparation this summer and if he can still be good now that he isn't a surprise and players have seen him. Also needs to gain strength to help compensate for his size.

Short Recap:
O'Sullivan was given a spot before he deserved it. Had a lot of holes in his game when sent to minor last season at Christmas. Improved dramatically and worked real hard during summer. Having young players from his peer group look up to him made him take things more personal, became more accountable. Incredible hockey mind and really maturing into a man.
Ersberg: Performed well. Would have liked him to have a whole year in the minors. Needs to get stronger physically. Has a little bit of the right kind of cockiness. Started tiring a bit at the end - shooters starting to get a book on him. Has an opportunity to earn a job next year with big club.
Draft: Incredibly deep draft - a number of players that bring you out of your seat. No matter what we are going to get a really good player.
