DL has a way of making these deals happen. Not to mention the Kings have swede Oscar Moller waiting in the wings and Swedish Elite Alums, Kopitar, Ersberg, Brady Murray, and Scott Thornton.
Do it Dean-o! The kid can play top six minutes for twenty games when Nagy, Cammy (maybe), WIllsie, and Thornton are all gone in 21 days.
Just a minor detail but Brady Murray never played in the SEL. He played in Switzerland.
And Scott Thornton is hardly an elite alumni since he just played a whopping 12 games for Sodertalje.

By all accounts he's already narrowed his preferred list of teams from the 20 that were going after him to three (Detroit, Toronto, and Vancouver) with two alternate options. The Kings aren't among those finalists.
Brunnstrom is a winger and we are full of skill at that position,now and future.As for Beach,I would just like this team to add some size and toughness up front.I will be livid if they sign this kid,he sounds demanding already and I'd rather develop our own kids.

It wasn't an article. I watched a telecast of Satellite Hotstove on CBC.

To my knowledge, with the exception of Teddy Purcell and to a lesser Joe Piskula, none of the other guys you mentioned had more than half of the league after them.

Right, this guy is probably a priority for a couple teams as well. I don't Purcell or Piskula were high on the to do lists of a lot of GMs.
Might check your facts on Purcell and try again...
Piskula, too. The others I threw in there because they were free agents and in the case of Harrold, Gauthier, and Purcell have become all stars in the AHL.
