i don't think there's a thread specifically like this, but if there is, please delete this mods.
I like Bogosian because he is more defensive minded and seems to be a bunch more physical than Doughty. Doughty is a solid player but I think he a is a bit too offensive minded, which the Kings have plenty of, I like Bogosian in that he is a true defender. I do not know much about Pietrangelo.
I am really 50/50 on Bogosian and Pietrangelo, with Doughty behind both of them. For the King's needs, I would most definately pick Schenn ahead of Doughty as well. Unless DL has a plan in mind for acquiring other players on the blueline, I do not see Doughty in a King's uniform.
I think Bogosian is more aggressive and probably more ready to step into an NHL lineup, but Pietrangelo has a much greater ceiling. He has tremendous potential. Since I don't think we really have the time to develop Pietrangelo properly, then I think that Bogosian should be the pick, but would have serious regrets.

I like Doughty because he is a winner, has been performing at a world class level since he was 16, spent this season improving his defense coverage yet still scored more goals then Bogo or Pietro, is durable, played 30 minutes per game for Guelph, was a top 3 performer in the Under 18 Worlds, was the best dman in the Super Series and was named outstanding defenseman in the Under 20 WJC - all in the span of 12 months. He is strong, skates better than any defenseman in the draft, plays physical but doesn't fight (stays on the ice that way) and can play right away.
Bogosion improved more this year but wasn't as good offensively this year as Doughty was last year. Doughty has had three consecutive good years - Bogo only one. At the number two pick I think you pick the safer bet. Bogo has less bust potential that Pietro but I don't know yet how he plays against the worlds best - because he hasn't played internationally. Doughty was at his best playing against the best.

based on the scouting videos on Kings Vision, I like Schenn. From what I have seen, he is a really good stay at home d-man which is what the Kings need most.
After Schenn, I am can't decide between Doughty or Bogosian.
Pietrangelo has the most dangerous offensive instincts, and he's very good at keeping the puck in the net. His downside is he shoots the puck higher more frequently than the other guys; d-men should be shooting lower more frequently, to create more chances of rebounds and deflections.
Bogosian didn't make any glaring mistakes in the one game I saw (I plan on watching more). Pietrangelo's really disappointing out there. Doughty makes some minor mistakes that can be fixed with coaching (playing the shooter too close on a two-on-one, always trying to be the first man back on the puck)
Doughty's strongest point is his transitional/neutral game. He generates so much speed in the neutral zone, and since the opposition backs off in the neutral zone, he finds so many different ways to stickhandle or pass the puck as he enters the offensive zone. Bogosian edges out on simply having better top end speed than Pietrangelo, but lacks the creativity Doughty has.
Bogosian's the one of the three who mixes it up physically quite often and willingly. Pietrangelo edges out on Doughty because when he does hit (which is less frequent than Doughty), it's usually very forceful. Doughty bumps bodies more than Pietrangelo, but not the momentum changing type.
Skating:
1. Bogosian
2. Doughty
3. Pietrangelo
Bogosian's biggest strength is his skating along with his complete package. Doughty's a little bit more creative and slightly better with the puck at top end speed, but the biggest point here is that Pietrangelo's comparatively lacking in this department, but he's still decent for a big man.

Peitrangelo some info I stole from somewhere on him. I think in 3 years he will be the best player in this draft. He is an all around dman that is good on offense and defense.
"Alex has 90 points in 108 games with the Ice Dogs. In two seasons he was +40 last year and is currently +20 this year. He’s also 6′4 and 210 pounds. Talk about a complete package."
However if we need a guy to pair with a stay at home dman next year then Doughtry is the guy. If we want a partner for JJ then Bogosian
