I think we'd be best going with Schenn...He is defensive minded and has grit....something the Kings sorely lack.
While I would love to get Schenn, there is no way we take him at #2. We will have an opportunity with our Dallas pick to choose a big stud. You don't waste the #2 pick, you need to take a Bogosian, or Doughty at #2.
When it comes to these 3 guys, I think Doughty has gotten all the press because he has been good for longer. That does not mean we should take him over anyone else in this draft. I'm personally leaning towards Bogosian with our #2.
Ill be happy with either Doughty or Bogo, im leaning slightly more towards Doughty though. A future D core of JMFJ, Doughty, Hickey and Lubo is going to absolutely rack up the points from the blueline (not to mention enable the Kings to have a dominate PP). Fill the other 2 D spots with physical stay at home guys and thats a great set of D-men there. We all bitch about the Quacks having Pronger and Nieds, well with JMFJ and Doughty the Kings can have what the Ducks have for the next decade. HOLLA!
I don't know anything about any of them. I want the player that will provide steady defensive play/grit+be a leader on the ice for the next 15 years. JMFJ can't do it alone.

Bogosian looks promising. I really would rather not have another creampuff back on the blueline, though if we could somehow end up with both doughty & Schenn, I wouldn't hate it.
I want Doughty. Phenomenal skater, hard worker, and can play on both ends of the ice (was selected as the best offensive defenseman and 2nd best defensive defenseman of the OHL).
