ugh, Deano looks (and sounds) like he wants to slit his wrists in that clip. You can just feel the sense of deflation -- sad day for the franchise.

I have to disagree. Lombardi always looks tired and deflated. He is a very low key, laid back, emotionless kind of guy. He always rambles his answers in a monotone fashion.
