Odd....but we'll take him
Well Manchester listed Quick and Ersberg as their goalies for the playoffs... and with the season essentially over....... It was bound to happen... it was just a matter of time.
Cloutier is probably healthy enough to sit on the bench right?
You figure Ersberg is going to start the rest of the games in LA. And I think Lombardi is anticipating Lewiston losing in the first round and Bernier joining Manchester.
does the AHL's age minimum evaporate in the playoffs or are people here speculating on Bernier's being called up for Manchester's playoffs based on...based on....I don't even know. What's that based on?

When a player in the CHL(WHL, OHL, QMJHL) or NCAA's season is over they are free to sign tryout contracts with teams in the AHL. The age minimum does not apply. In Bernier's case he is already on an NHL contract so after Lewiston's season is over, the Kings could just assign him to Manchester.
Taylor played a stellar 36 seconds in tonights game. Got him one game closer to the 5 required for ECHL playoff eligibility. Explains why he was sent now instead of next week.
According to our radio guy he's headed back to LA and returning to get one more game (or a few seconds) on Friday to make it five. All I can say is WOW to the Kings for doing this.
