Screw the Canadian Press... they are still mad about the elbow in Vancouver on Steve Downie and I'm pretty sure I know which one of those guys turned out to be the dirtier player so far at the NHL level.

Nothing dirty about the hit at all...this is hockey, not badminton. How is Jack supposed to know the partition is there??? I think we should invade Canada...do it W..?.
If that hit takes place anywhere else along the boards JMFJ does nothing different. It is called "Finishing" your check. Or, do these Canadians not know how to play hockey?
They just don't like it when there is a good young player that happens to be from the US.
